Microphone Troubleshooting
Having trouble with your microphone? Follow the steps below for your browser.
How to Enable Microphone
Desktop
1. Click 'Safari' in the menu bar at the top of your screen
2. Select 'Settings for This Website...' (or right-click the address bar)
3. Find 'Microphone' and change it to 'Allow'
4. Refresh the page
Mobile
On iPhone/iPad: Tap the 'aA' button in the address bar > Website Settings > Microphone > Allow
